About us
Our 32-strong team is interdisciplinary – in addition to pharmacists, business economists, event managers and journalists, documentalists, lawyers, communication scientists, doctors and natural scientists also work together on a project-oriented basis at Heacon Service GmbH.
Extensive expertise in healthcare combined with many years of professional experience form the basis of our consulting activity. To date, over 300 clients have placed their trust in us in the fields of audit management, market management, pharmacovigilance management, and knowledge management.

Dr Hamm, who holds a doctorate in industrial engineering, began his consulting career in 1998 at the renowned management consultancy ‘Baumgartner Partner’, where he demonstrated his consulting expertise as a partner and shareholder in strategy and restructuring projects, among other things. Dr Hamm joined ‘Bachert Partner’ as a founder in 2003. He specialises in advising medium-sized companies in situations of upheaval and crisis.
In 1999/2000, Dr Hamm was an initiator and founder of pharmaplace AG, which he managed as a board member. Since 2004, Dr Hamm has held a large number of advisory and supervisory board mandates with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, where he is also responsible as interim manager. In 2013, Dr Hamm and Michael Paxmann founded Heacon Service GmbH Co. KG and later Heacon Service GmbH, which he has managed ever since.
