The online trade magazine Healthcare Marketing spoke of an “extremely well-organized” event in connection with the two-day BPI Annual General Meeting 2024, which was designed and implemented by Heacon Service GmbH.
Around 700 high-caliber guests took part in the events on 14 and May 15. These included Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck, Federal Minister of Health Karl Lauterbach, CDU party leader and Chairman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group Friedrich Merz and other top decision-makers from politics, business, science, administration and civil society.
Heacon Service GmbH was responsible for the overall organization and implementation of the event “Healthcare can’t be done alone: What we want to achieve together for Germany” at the French Cathedral and the Telekom Representative Office in the capital. The participation of the numerous top politicians posed a particular challenge, not least due to the tense security situation, and required intensive organizational and content-related coordination with the various federal ministries as well as party, parliamentary group and MP offices in advance.
