Our services range from 3rd party audits along the entire supply chain of pharmaceuticals to the development and optimization of QM systems to tailor-made training and inspection preparations.

To strengthen our pharma-audit team, we are now looking for a committed employee in project management with sales activities (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week.
The position is open-ended.
What you bring with you:
- Open, personable and proactive demeanor
- English language skills of at least B1 level (advanced language skills)
- Confident handling of Office programs
- Enjoy acquiring and advising customers by telephone
Your tasks:
- Project management: You organize the team, ensure that projects stay on schedule, check reports for compliance with templates and assist with travel planning.
- Sales and marketing: Through targeted actions such as sending out newsletters, managing Google and LinkedIn accounts and following up on offers and customer inquiries, you can take the company to the next level.
- Database maintenance: You ensure that all relevant information is always up-to-date and accessible.
- Complaints and deviation management: you ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Customer and supplier surveys: They contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
